Scope

This policy explains WebsiteMaster's use of cookies and similar browser storage. It applies to the WebsiteMaster website and application. It does not give WebsiteMaster access to cookies held by Google, Google Analytics, Bing, or your own website.

Essential storage

Essential cookies and storage are required to run the service. They include the authenticated WebsiteMaster session, security controls, locale preference, and the interface preferences needed to keep the application usable. Blocking them can prevent sign-in or the dashboard from working.

Optional analytics storage

WebsiteMaster does not enable product analytics by default. We save your choice in browser local storage under websitemaster.analytics-consent:

• Enable analytics lets us load configured Google Analytics and PostHog product analytics in production, to understand aggregate product use and improve the service.
• Disable analytics keeps Google Analytics and PostHog disabled. We do not use advertising or cross-site targeting cookies in the MVP.

Changing your preference stops optional analytics capture and resets the analytics client in this browser.

Use the controls at the bottom of this page to enable or disable optional analytics storage at any time. You can also clear WebsiteMaster cookies and local storage in your browser; doing so may sign you out and show the choice banner again.
